Be advised that the sauna is generally less crowded after 4PM.

REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE THURSDAY BEFORE THE SATURDAY YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND.

Please do not visit the UKTS until you have received a confirmation email.  In that email you will receive comprehensive information, including hours, rates, directions, etc... Confirmation emails are usually sent by Friday. We are open on most Saturdays but have limited space so not all dates may be available for a visit.  Please plan ahead!

UKTS is located at 83 Suomi Road, Pembroke, MA

Bear to the right at the bottom of the hill and enter the parking lot through the yellow gate.  Check in at the big red camp building to the far left of the parking lot across from the entrance.
