All visitors must reserve a session using our online booking system. Do not email UKTS directly.

Friends and members of sauna are not required to book a session.

Choose the gender type and then you will be directed to an availability calendar. Please create an account on the website so that you can manage your bookings.

Booking Rules:

​

1. Each visitor must be booked separately with their full name and email specified. 

 

2. Do not bring unregistered visitors to sauna unless under 18. If you are bringing children under the age of 18, you may pay for them when you arrive - cash only.

3. Payment is required upon booking. You may cancel anytime before your start time and receive a refund minus processing fees. We strongly suggest rescheduling your visit if you can't make it. Create an account to our website where you can cancel or rebooking your own sessions.

4. Do not arrive at sauna unless you have received a confirmation email.

​

5. Walk-ins are discouraged. Our space is limited.

​

6. Reservations close at 5pm on the Thursday before the Saturday sauna. We do not offer a waitlist.

7. Large groups are discouraged as space is limited.
