Sauna Policy

You may cancel at anytime before your arrival and receive a refund. Refunds may take 3-20 days and a processing fee will be deducted. Consider rescheduling your visit if you can't make it. No refunds for no shows or cancellations after your start time. If the sauna is closed due to inclement weather or other issues, you will receive a refund. By booking this service you will agree to refrain from alcohol and drug use when on UKTS property. I agree to abide by the UKTS Rules and Regulations. Children under 12 must be always supervised by an adult. I affirm that I have no pre-existing conditions which might contra-indicate participation in UKTS activities including taking a sauna and swimming. I, therefore, assume all risk of injury to person on property resulting from, caused by, or connected with any activities of the UKTS. I hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for any and all liability, losses, damage, costs, claims, and/or causes action that I may have against the UKTS, its officers, agents, and owners against their representatives, successors, or assigns, and for all injuries, past or present, suffered by me in the use of any and all facilities operated by the UKTS.
